Terms of Service

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tslm.pro platform ("Platform", "Service", "We"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

  • The platform provides DC member growth, voice channel, and reaction services. These services are entirely digital and delivered instantly.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use the Platform.
  • By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Prohibited Uses and Illegal Activities

Using our platform services for the following purposes is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will void any warranty:

2.1. Fraud and Illegal Purposes:

  • Any fraudulent activity
  • Phishing or identity theft
  • Creating fake accounts or using bot accounts
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or mass messaging
  • Copyright infringement or sharing illegal content
  • Hate speech, threats, or harassment
  • Use for terrorist organizations or illegal groups

2.2. DC Community Guidelines Violation:

  • Any activity violating DC Terms of Service
  • Behaviors contrary to DC Community Guidelines
  • Member raid activities (spam join/leave)
  • Spamming with automated messaging bots

2.3. Consequences:

  • All your active keys will be IMMEDIATELY canceled
  • Your account will be permanently closed
  • Your balance will NOT be refunded
  • We reserve the right to take legal action
  • We may report to Platform, DC, or authorities

3. User Responsibility and Non-Warranty Situations

The Platform guarantees the quality and continuity of DC Members. However, the following USER-CAUSED situations are NOT covered by warranty:

IMPORTANT WARNING:

  • Members unable to join due to your server settings (invite error, verification system, bot protection)
  • Manually kicking or banning members from your server
  • Deleting or hiding server channels
  • Restricting member access by changing server roles
  • Deleting or closing your server
  • Providing incorrect server ID
  • Private/hidden server with non-working invite link
  • Any issues caused by you or variables related to you

The above situations are not covered by warranty and you cannot request a refund. It is recommended to check your server settings before using keys. However, due to our ethical values and customer satisfaction, we will provide refund or compensation unless it is an extreme situation.

4. Payment and Balance System

4.1. Balance Loading:

  • Balance is loaded via coupon codes on the platform
  • Coupon codes cannot be retrieved after use
  • There is no minimum balance loading limit
  • Balance loading transactions are instant

4.2. Key Purchase:

  • Key prices vary based on service type, member count, and warranty period
  • Prices are shown in USD
  • When a key is purchased, it is automatically deducted from your balance
  • Price changes after transaction do not affect existing keys

4.3. Balance Refund:

  • Refunds can be requested for unused keys
  • Refund amount is calculated as 100% of the key's original cost
  • Refunded amount is added to your account balance (no cash refund)

5. Key Usage and Warranty Conditions

5.1. Key Activation:

  • Keys are ready for use immediately after creation
  • Maximum usage count is specified for each key
  • Keys must be used within the specified period
  • Expired keys are automatically disabled

5.2. Warranty Coverage:

  • Member count is guaranteed during service period
  • Automatic completion in case of member loss
  • Warranty period is selected when creating key (30/60/90 days)
  • Warranty only covers platform-caused issues

5.3. Warranty Violations:

  • Prohibited uses specified in Section 2
  • User-caused issues specified in Section 3
  • Sharing key with third parties
  • Using single key on multiple servers
  • Behaviors violating platform rules

6. Account Security and Responsibilities

6.1. Account Security:

  • You are responsible for keeping your account password secure
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is recommended
  • You are responsible for all activities on your account
  • Report suspicious activity immediately

6.2. Account Sharing:

  • Sharing your account with others is prohibited
  • Account sharing may result in account closure
  • We are not liable for losses from shared accounts

6.3. Account Suspension and Closure:

  • Violation of terms of service
  • Detection of fraudulent activity
  • Using multiple accounts
  • Platform abuse
  • Harmful behavior towards other users

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1. Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds can be requested for UNUSED keys
  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of key creation
  • Refund amount is added to account balance (NO cash refund)
  • Refund approval is completed within 24-48 hours

7.2. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • If key is partially or fully used
  • Non-warranty situations (Section 3)
  • Detection of illegal use (Section 2)
  • Refund request period has expired
  • If balance was loaded via coupon code (no balance refund)

7.3. Automatic Cancellation:

  • Terms of service violation
  • Fraud detection
  • Account closure
  • Expired keys

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

8.1. Platform Content:

  • All content, design, and code on the platform is owned by tslm.pro
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited
  • You may not use platform logo and brand without permission

8.2. User Rights:

  • You have the right to use services you paid for
  • You have the right to access your account data
  • You can request deletion of your personal data (KVKK/GDPR)

8.3. License:

  • The right granted to you is a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license
  • Commercial resale is not permitted
  • Unauthorized use of Platform API is prohibited

9.2. Complaints and Reports:

We welcome your suggestions and feedback. We actively work on platform improvements.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. Right to Update:

  • We may change these terms at any time
  • Important changes will be notified via email
  • Current terms are always published on the platform

10.2. Acceptance of Changes:

  • By continuing to use the platform after changes, you accept the new terms
  • If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the service
  • Your active keys will not be affected by changes

10.3. Notification:

  • Important changes are announced 7 days in advance
  • Minor changes may take effect immediately
  • Last update date is always indicated

By using our platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms of service. These terms are legally binding.
